Service Manager, Leicestershire
This client is a national charity with numerous care homes across the country. We ran a recruitment campaign to source an experienced Service Manager for a care home. It was important the candidates had experience within large care homes, so we were able to narrow down the competitors we targeted to ensure they were more relevant.
Combined with substantial database searching to identify the correct candidates, we were able to provide a shortlist. We worked closely with the hiring manager throughout the campaign as criteria changed and we needed to adapt to that quickly.
