We were asked to source and recruit a number of Support Workers with experience in Mental Health. This was a mass recruitment drive, so quantity was as important as quality.
By using our geofencing technology to not only target specific competitors, we also targeted larger areas with an increased footfall, we layered in keywords to make sure those seeing the adverts were still relevant.
With extensive advertising and database sourcing, we were able to deliver 7 hires over the 28-day campaign.
