Our client had won a new contract so needed to undertake a very large recruitment drive. We partnered with their Internal Recruitment team to deliver a high volume of quality candidates. We assisted with booking candidates into assessment centres over a 2-week period. Knowing we would have a number of no-shows, we remained proactive and overbooked for assessment centres, resulting in 15 hires from one campaign.
