crooton's Five-For-Five campaign

October 2024 marked crooton’s 5th anniversary!

It has been an incredible five years for crooton, during which we have built meaningful, long-term partnerships with clients across a wide variety of sectors. We’ve a passion for working with clients closely. It is one of our team’s greatest strengths, and it felt only right (and in line with our beliefs and culture) to celebrate the occasion in a significant way!

To mark this milestone, we have launched our new charitable Five-for-Five campaign for this financial year. Through this initiative, we aim to support five different charities by providing them with £5,000 worth of our services tailored to their needs. This campaign not only showcases the versatility of our GeoHire™ technology but also allows us to give back to communities across the UK.

It was really important to me to establish this initiative, allowing us to make a difference locally and nationally.”

In line with this ethos, crooton has already been driving change for its existing clients. For instance, the British Transport Police faced challenges in recruiting sufficient Police Officers and PCSOs, particularly from more diverse communities. With the help of our tailored tools, they reported: “using crooton, we’ve seen a 300% increase in applications from ethnic minority candidates for policing.”

With such impactful outcomes, where better to extend the success and innovation of crooton than to the charity sector? We are thrilled to be working with North West Anglia Hospitals' Charity, having already supported them during the Christmas season, with more exciting plans on the horizon!

This work has been, and will continue to be, deeply rewarding. At crooton, we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate our anniversary than by focusing on giving rather than receiving.
