From the moment a healthcare recruitment campaign goes live, our team of experienced Resourcers will begin actively searching for potential candidates across multiple databases. This search activity will continue throughout the campaign and is typically the most effective means of sourcing great candidates. We would expect over half of the applicants that make it through to the interview stage to have been sourced through our search activity, particularly for Nursing and other Clinical roles.
Having generated applications for a vacancy our Resourcing Team will screen applicants and ensure they have the relevant skills and experience required for your role before shortlisting for review. Our bespoke Applicant Management System can be accessed free of any charge, as a safe and secure environment in which to review and manage applications. Alternatively we can plug-in to a third party ATS, or deliver applications in a way which is most suitable for you, the Employer.
