It’s an incredibly exciting time at crooton as more and more high-profile businesses become new clients and we continue to disrupt the recruitment sector.

We’ve grown rapidly over the last two years – when many other recruitment companies collapsed or struggled to survive – and very soon we’ll be revealing our plans to accelerate our growth even further over the next five years.

Our five year vision is ambitious but based on the success we’ve achieved to date and the response we receive everyday from employers around the world.

As we move closer towards our goal of becoming a major player in global volume recruitment, these plans include opening up new offices in key markets internationally to better serve our overseas clients and expand our reach into new territories.

These offices will be located in strategically important countries where we already have strong interest and are in many cases already recruiting staff for some of our many clients.

In addition, we’ll build further strong relationships with global businesses with operations in the UK, to demonstrate to them the power of our unique candidate geo targeting system that can be used to pinpoint potential employees anywhere in the world for roles that they find hard to fill.

This system has already helped organisations including the NHS, World Fuels, Ocado, Hilton Foods Group, EasyJet Holidays and The Police (to name just a few) fill urgent vacancies that no other recruitment firm was able to effectively find staff for.

Further innovative technological developments and new services are also in the pipeline, including extending the capabilities of our candidate management platform that will allow employers to more effectively set up and monitor campaign performance. This will streamline the process of creating a campaign, whilst ensuring it is optimised to deliver the very best quality candidates every time.

And we’ll be using AI learning, research undertaken by our specialist in-house team, as well as client feedback to continue to take a technology and data-led approach to recruitment that is already transforming how employers think about hiring staff.

We forecast that this, coupled with our personal fully-managed service for clients who want us to provide greater support with their recruitment, will continue to grow our revenue and profits substantially over the coming years.

We’re already on target to achieve revenue growth of 200%+ this year, with profits increasing month on month. And our team continues to grow to cater to the increasing demand, with further recruitment and sales specialists coming onboard soon.

With the global recruitment market worth an estimated $400bn, the opportunities ahead are sizeable. And as a true disrupter in the industry, it’s no wonder that we already have a strong pipeline of employers keen to become clients and see the results that many other high-profile businesses and household names have already achieved.

One thing is for sure – the next five years will be incredible for crooton and our partners. Look out for our announcement soon about how you can be part of that journey.

And see recruitment (and the opportunities that the sector presents) differently with crooton.
